This town-wide event will celebrate Stovall's most famous resident and signer of the Declaration of Independence, John Penn. The event includes a local historian, Mark Pace as John Penn, vendors, food trucks, bounce houses, kid games, Stovall Car Cruise-In, cornhole tournament, cake walk, trunk or treat, costume contest, raffles, DJ and more!
