Join us for an afternoon of tea, conversation, and revolutionary history as we explore the vital role of women in the American Revolution. This special program will highlight the Edenton Tea Party of 1774, one of the earliest organized political actions by women in colonial America. Katelynn Hatton of the N.C. Office of Archives and History will present on the bold actions of these patriot women and the broader impact of their resistance.
