Independence Day at the Museum

Join a group of new United States citizens as they complete the Oath and Naturalization Ceremony at the Charlotte Museum of History. In this annual celebration, the museum will welcome new Americans with music, a keynote address, and opportunities for voter registration and education. Museum doors open at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 4, and the Naturalization ceremony begins at 11 a.m. The museum will close following the ceremony. Registration is encouraged, as seating for the ceremony is limited.
