The free community day on Cameron Art Museum’s campus on Saturday, November 8 will commemorate the United States Colored Troops (USCT) and their fight for citizenship through living history reenactments by USCT reenactors at the Battle of Forks Road historic site. The event will feature interactive programming, including encampments, music, food, children’s activities including storytelling, thought-provoking discussion, a theatrical performance, and free admission.
